Selects #VakseenArt as High Art 2015 Finalist"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Some time last month I found out about <a href=\"http:\/\/naturalcannabis.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Natural Cannabis Co<\/a>.&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/naturalcannabis.com\/highart\/\" target=\"_blank\">High Art competition<\/a> via a friend&#8217;s Facebook share. After doing a little research I discovered they run this annual contest, along with <a href=\"juxtapoz.com\" target=\"_blank\">Juxtapoz magazine<\/a>, where they\u00a0give artists an opportunity to create art for the\u00a0brand&#8217;s\u00a0packaging. The prize? $5000, a brand new Macbook and my art featured on the packaging! Of course that gets your attention lol,\u00a0not to mention Juxtapoz is involved and I&#8217;m a big fan! Once I read the full details\u00a0and saw\u00a0their theme of \u00a0\u201cShapes, Patterns, Doodles, Sacred Geometry, Time and Numbers\u201c, I knew I had to submit. Aside from time and numbers, that&#8217;s exactly what #VakseenArt\u00a0encompasses! So I sent over the designs you see below (<strong><em>Her Royal Eminence, She Got The Jazz &amp; Brilliant Dope<\/em><\/strong>) and honestly forgot about it until I received an email from their marketing department. Of over 500 submissions from over 53 countries, I was\u00a0selected as a top 30 finalist!! Talk about surreal man! I&#8217;m definitely thankful that the judge panel connected with my work and blessed me with this great opportunity. Sending prayers and positive energy up into the universe, I&#8217;ll be even more thankful when I win lol! #Claimed!
